I can second that. Exercise definitely helps a lot. For me it was(is?) a little tricky sometimes. I have generalized and health anxiety that is particularly focus on heart health. Sometimes if a anxiety has build up enough, I am to scared to exercise for fear that this time it truly is a heart attack.
This is, you should not let it build up to that point and should instead be proactive. I therefore to try and get on the exercise bike early in my day to get rid of that anxious energy that starts building up.
