My Sober Diary : Day 13 : Day 1 and 3/4

Quick update on yesterday. It was OK for the most part, but near the end of the day it got tougher and tougher. The familiar knot in my stomach feeding into my anxiousness. In the end I had two beers with my son which, if I stay completely sober today, I will count as a positive.
Will report back at the end of the day. Here is to a full day of no alcohol.
