My Sober Diary : Day 6

Hey! It is the end of another day. Today was pretty darn great, to be honest. My body is still cleaning house but, I can start to feel the benefits of a cleaner lifestyle.

Also, today was the first day in; I do not know how long that I did not need to take a single Urbanol(Benzodiazepine) 🎉

That is genuinely a pretty fantastic fact and feeling. Generally, my mood is better, I am more productive, and my anxiety levels are manageable. Not letting my guard down, though, but so far, so good!
